I am so incredibly excited to announce that Emily+Ross, the scarf brand I’ve been working on for several months, has launched on Kickstarter – and is 25% funded 24 hours after launch! Man oh man, I am so grateful.
Emily+Ross scarves are inspired by the vintage travel scarves of the 1940s and 50s, but with a modern twist. They’re hand-illustrated by me, destination-focused, but from a local perspective. You’ll never see the Hollywood sign on the Los Angeles scarf — I’m interested in the little details residents love about their cities.
The brand is launching with silk scarves, but if I’m funded, I plan to add tea towels to the line as well. I’ll also add more cities — I just started with California because I currently live here! I’m offering great rewards to backers: not just scarves, but also limited-edition archival pigment prints of the scarf designs, starting at $25. These prints will only be available to Kickstarter backers.
The project is up until November 22, and I so, so appreciate all of your support.

I’m interested in your ideas of scarfs, cards, and calenders as well as some of your other work you”ve done . Please keep me updated. Thank you for your creativity!!!! Appreciate!!
